Shawn Dusendang, President &  Director 0f  Construction

Mr. Dusendang is a results-oriented construction and development professional with over 28 years of experience in all facets of construction and the project management life cycle.  Mr. Dusendang began his career in residential construction, having received licensure at an early age.  During the subsequent years he has demostrated himself as a skilled negotiator and estimator negotiating trades, developing partnerships and building rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients.  Mr. Dusendang has over 15 years of experience in the use of R.S. Means software and the management of fast-track government projects.  He is well versed in document preparation, building code and regulations, and material and labor procurement.  His formal training coupled with years of on-the-job training have equipped him with a profound understanding of the project management life cycle to include construction principles, methods, quality control, code and safety compliance, job costing and project close-out procedures.  His years of successful execution, management and close-out experience prove invaluable to our team.
